Where's my refund?

Complaints and requests for refunds are accepted for consideration upto 5 days after service date - after this date, no consideration can be given. Refunds take up to 2 days and are made in the same method as the payment was made. Your refund will show on your next financial statement

How do I cancel?

Cancelling is easy! Just send an email with your name, flight number and date. Please note our cancellation policies.
