Can you offer just a transfer?

For a "transfer only" we can take your request directly and confirm by invoice pre-payment, plus per waiting hour and additional stop

We offer multiple channels such as Whatsapp messages and calls, online chat, email.

Can you book a transfer for me?

Yes if the service is available on the order form. You can request a taxi during the booking process and pay directly to the driver.

Does the service include a transfer?

Airport VIP services and transfers are usually separate services. If there’s a transfer available, you can also book it on the order form. Please check each service for its own unique description if a transfer is included.

Can I get a wheelchair?

Our services try to accommodate all requests. We highly recommend always registering your request for a wheelchair with your airline in the first instance. Please include in the booking notes for the steward that you have requested the wheelchair from the airline. The option will be available depending on the Airport regulations at the time of your service. In some instances, only the Airline may be able to provide wheelchair or buggy assistance from and to the plane itself. If your agent is required to push a wheelchair, you may benefit from a porter or additional agent to carry the luggage.
