Supplier acknowledges the escalation protocol for handling disputes or urgent situations, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining trust between parties.

Supplier recognizes the importance of strong partnerships in achieving operational excellence and client satisfaction and agrees to follow the outlined protocols.

Services must align strictly with the agreed quality, pricing, and descriptions. Any discrepancies not communicated before confirmation will not be accepted by Client.

Supplier must comply with GDPR requirements and protect all client data with strict confidentiality, ensuring lawful handling of all personal information.

Supplier must maintain adequate insurance coverage related to services provided. Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By providing services to Client, Supplier automatically accepts and agrees to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement.
