Travel Delight Guarantee
We guarantee that our in-house concierge team will deliver an unparalleled level of service excellence and personalized attention. If within five (5) days after the service date you feel we failed to respond within one business day or did not meet agreed service standards, we will promptly repay our service fee.
Due to external factors, we cannot guarantee faster airport processing or identical service experience every time. We guarantee delivery according to the booking description. If that standard drops, we will refund you accordingly.

VIPnow Ltd acts solely as an agent connecting clients with third-party suppliers.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under exclusive UK jurisdiction.
Booking & Confirmation
Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed by email after payment and availability verification.
Pre-Approval
Credit card pre-approval may be required before service commencement.
Pricing
Prices include applicable taxes and may vary due to currency exchange rates.
Quotes
Modular quotes valid for 7 days and subject to availability.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Email Required
All changes and cancellations must be confirmed by email.
No Shows
Failure to consume booked services counts as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Refund Claims
Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of service date.
Late Payments
10% monthly late fee applies after one month non-payment.
Liability & Insurance
VIPnow Ltd holds liability insurance of £1m GBP / $1.3m USD. Outside this coverage, we are not liable for delays, airline disruptions, weather, lost luggage, missed flights, or force majeure events.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIPnow Ltd against any claims arising from third-party supplier services.
Additional Service Information
Airport services depend on real-time traffic and security conditions. Fast Track lanes may not always be available during peak times.
Additional charges such as waiting time or extended service duration may apply and will be invoiced accordingly.
Covenant Not to Hire
Clients, affiliates, and end users agree not to directly hire or solicit VIPnow Ltd representatives for 12 months following introduction. Breach of this clause results in a $5,000 USD compensation per representative.
