Ask us to change your flight details. If the services are different, this may incur different charges
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to reschedule your confirmed service(s) according to your new flight time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your service(s) due to lack of available staff, you will be refunded in full for the affected service.
Please send an email with your request: eg passenger name, number, flight, date, special requests, changes or cancellations according to the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Each team has its own rules for providing names of staff members so a specific name is not always available. The local office or duty manager's number is given as a minimum so that you have a contact number to reach the local agent at the time of the booking.
Please check each service and your confirmation emails, for a unique description of where to meet your steward.
